DESCRIPTION

· The IR2131(J)(S) is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with three independent high and low side referenced output channels.
· Utilizes HVIC technology for ruggedized monolithic construction.
· Compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 2.5V logic.
· Features a current trip function and a shutdown input for customized shutdown functionality.
· Provides an open drain FAULT signal to indicate shutdown occurrences.
· Designed for minimal driver cross-conduction with matched propagation delays for high frequency applications.
· Capable of driving N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high side configurations up to 600 volts.
