DESCRIPTION

· Features three independent high side and low side referenced output channels.
· Utilizes HVIC technology for ruggedized monolithic construction.
· Compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 2.5V logic.
· Includes an independent operational amplifier for analog feedback of bridge current.
· Provides a shutdown function to terminate all six outputs.
· Features an open drain FAULT signal to indicate over-current or undervoltage shutdown.
· Output drivers designed for minimum driver cross-conduction.
