DESCRIPTION

· ISSI's 512Mb Synchronous DRAM utilizes pipeline architecture for high-speed data transfer.

· All input and output signals are synchronized with the rising edge of the clock input.

· Organized in configurations of 16Mx32, 32Mx16, and 64Mx8 across 4 banks.

FEATURES

· Supports clock frequencies of 200, 166, and 143 MHz.

· Fully synchronous operation with all signals referenced to a positive clock edge.

· Internal bank architecture to hide row access/precharge.

· Power supply: Vdd/Vddq ranges from 2.3V to 3.6V, with specific models supporting 2.5V or 3.3V.

· LVTTL interface with programmable burst length and sequence.

· Features include Auto Refresh, Self Refresh, and 8K refresh cycles every 64 ms.

· Programmable CAS latency of 2 or 3 clocks.

· Available in 54-pin TSOP-II and 54-ball/90-ball TF-BGA packages.

· Temperature ranges: Commercial (0°C to +70°C), Industrial (-40°C to +85°C), Automotive A1 (-40°C to +85°C), Automotive A2 (-40°C to +105°C).
