DESCRIPTION
· The KTU1128 offers four conducting paths with overvoltage protection for Type-C's CC and SBU signals.
· It shuts down all paths upon detecting an overvoltage to protect system circuits like the PD controller.
· Features low on-capacitance switches for high-speed signal transmission and low on-resistance CC switches for VCONN power up to 1.25A.
· Includes internal 5.1kΩ resistors for dead battery conditions to ensure 5V on VBUS.
· Available in RoHS and Green compliant 16-bump WLCSP and 20-pin WQFN packages.
