DESCRIPTION

· The LM20 is a precision analog output CMOS integrated-circuit temperature sensor operating from -55°C to 130°C.
· It operates with a power supply range of 2.4V to 5.5V and has a predominantly linear transfer function with slight predictable parabolic curvature.
· Accuracy is ±1.5°C at 30°C ambient temperature, increasing linearly to a maximum of ±2.5°C at the temperature range extremes.
· The temperature range is affected by the power supply voltage, with the negative extreme changing to -30°C at 2.4V while the positive extreme remains at 130°C.
· The quiescent current is less than 10μA, resulting in self-heating of less than 0.02°C in still air.
