DESCRIPTION

· The LM50 and LM50-Q1 are precision integrated-circuit temperature sensors operating from -40°C to 125°C with a single positive supply.
· Output voltage is linearly proportional to temperature at 10mV/°C with a 500mV DC offset, enabling negative temperature readings without a negative supply.
· Ideal output voltage ranges from 100mV to 1.75V across the temperature range.
· No external calibration or trimming required, offering accuracies of ±3°C at room temperature and ±4°C over the full range.
· Low quiescent current (<130 µA) minimizes self-heating to less than 0.2°C in still air.
