DESCRIPTION
· The LTC3108 is an ultralow voltage step-up converter and power manager designed for energy harvesting from low voltage sources like TEGs, thermopiles, and small solar cells.
· It operates from input voltages as low as 20mV and provides a complete power management solution for wireless sensing and data acquisition.
· The device features a 2.2V LDO for powering external microprocessors and a main output programmable to one of four fixed voltages for powering wireless transmitters or sensors.
· It includes a power good indicator, a logic-controlled output, and a reserve energy output, with a storage capacitor for power when the input source is unavailable.
· Available in 12-lead DFN and 16-lead SSOP packages.
