DESCRIPTION

· The LV56831P is a monolithic linear IC designed for car audio systems, featuring 4 system regulators: VDD (5V/3.3V), AUDIO (8.5V), AMP remote (12V), and REG (3.3V/5V select).

· It includes protection circuits such as over-current, over-voltage, and thermal shutdown.

· The AMP remote and REG supply are independent terminals from VCC.

FEATURES

· 4 system regulators: VDD (5.0V/3.3V, 300mA max), AUDIO (8.5V, 400mA max), AMP remote (12V, 500mA max), REG (3.3V/5V, 500mA max).

· Protection features: Over-current, Over-voltage (Typ 21V, except VDD), Thermal shutdown (Typ 175°C).

· Applied Pch-LDMOS for output stages.
