DESCRIPTION

· The M21605, M21601, and M21080 are high-performance, asynchronous, fully non-blocking crosspoint switches with sizes of 160x160, 120x120, and 80x80 respectively.
· Ideal for high-speed data switching in datacom, telecom, UHDTV, and 4K 60p applications.
· Each switching path operates independently at data rates up to 12.5 Gbps, enabling multi-rate routing in a single device.
· Programmable input equalizers compensate up to 27 dB loss at 12.5 Gbps.
· Programmable output drivers with up to 12 dB post-tap and 5 dB pre-tap deemphasis.
· Configurable via 2-wire serial, 4-wire serial, or 8-bit parallel interface.
· Operates from a single 1.8 V supply.
