DESCRIPTION

· The MAX17498A/MAX17498B/MAX17498C are current-mode fixed-frequency flyback/boost converters with minimal external components.

· They include control circuitry for wide input voltage isolated and nonisolated power supplies.

· MAX17498A is optimized for universal offline applications, while MAX17498B/MAX17498C support low-voltage DC-DC applications.

· Switching frequencies are 250kHz for MAX17498A/MAX17498C and 500kHz for MAX17498B.

· Features include EN/UVLO input, OVI pin for overvoltage protection, flexible error amplifier, and programmable current limit.

· Available in a 16-pin TQFN package.
