DESCRIPTION

· MAX20019/MAX20020 are dual step-down converters with integrated MOSFETs, operating at 2.2MHz and 3.2MHz.
· Designed for continuous operation up to 17V input voltages.
· Factory preset output voltages: Buck 1 (3.3V, 3.0V, 2.8V or 5V) and Buck 2 (1.8V, 1.5V, 1.2V, 1V or 3.3V).
· Fixed-frequency PWM-mode operation with all-ceramic capacitor design.
· 500mV enable hysteresis for long, low-cost coax cables.
· Protection features: overvoltage, cycle-by-cycle current limit, thermal shutdown.
· 180° out-of-phase operation minimizes input-current ripple.

· Small solution size: 2mm x 3mm x 0.75mm 10-pin TDFN.
· High-frequency operation allows smaller system size.
