DESCRIPTION

· The MAX4090 is a 3V/5V, 6dB video buffer with sync-tip clamp and low-power shutdown mode, available in SOT23, SC70, and µDFN packages.
· Designed for DC-coupled, 150 Ω back-terminated video loads in portable video applications.
· Operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, consuming 6.5mA, with shutdown mode reducing current to 150nA.
· Suitable for extended (-40°C to +85°C) and automotive (-40°C to +125°C) temperature ranges.
