General Description
The 74VHC14MTC is a high-speed CMOS Hex Schmitt Inverter manufactured using silicon gate CMOS technology. It provides high-speed performance comparable to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining low power consumption. The device has hysteresis between positive-going and negative-going input thresholds, which helps transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals, offering greater noise margin than conventional inverters.
