DESCRIPTION



· The MAX4444/MAX4445 are ultra-high-speed, low-distortion differential-to-single-ended line receivers.

· They feature a three op amp instrumentation amplifier architecture with symmetrical differential inputs and a single-ended output.

· Operating from ±5V supplies, they can drive a 100Ω load to ±3.7V.

· The MAX4444 has an internally fixed gain of +2V/V, while the MAX4445 allows external gain selection.

· A low-power enable mode reduces current consumption to 3.5mA.

· They achieve a 550MHz bandwidth and a 5000V/µs slew rate using current-feedback techniques.

· Ideal for video and RF signal-processing applications, with excellent differential gain/phase and noise specifications.

· An evaluation kit is available to expedite design.
