DESCRIPTION

· The MAX6625/MAX6626 integrate a temperature sensor, programmable overtemperature alarm, and I2C-compatible serial interface in compact packages.

· They convert die temperatures into digital values using internal ADCs, with results stored in a temperature register accessible via the serial interface.

· The alarm output (OT) activates if the temperature exceeds the programmed threshold, with a programmable fault queue to prevent false alarms.

· Shutdown mode conserves power, and up to four devices can be connected on the same bus using the ADD pin.

· Available in 6-pin SOT23 or TDFN packages, with open-drain or internal pullup resistor options for OT output.
