DESCRIPTION

· The MB3773 is a power supply monitor IC designed to generate a reset signal to protect systems during power supply interruptions or voltage drops.
· It ensures data protection by sending a reset signal to the microprocessor when the system's power supply voltage decreases below a specified threshold.
· The IC includes a built-in watch-dog timer for system operation diagnosis, providing a fail-safe function for various microprocessor systems.
· It generates a reset signal if it does not receive a clock pulse from the processor for a specified period.

· Precision voltage detection with a threshold of 4.2 V ± 2.5%.
· Detection threshold voltage includes a hysteresis function.
