DESCRIPTION

· The MC34064 is an undervoltage sensing circuit designed for reset control in microprocessor-based systems.

· It provides an economical solution for low voltage detection using a single external resistor.

· The device includes a trimmed-in-package bandgap reference and a comparator with precise thresholds and built-in hysteresis.

· It features an open collector reset output capable of sinking over 10 mA and operates down to 1.0 V input with low standby current.
