DESCRIPTION
· The PF0100 is a 14-channel configurable power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed for a wide range of applications.
· It features up to six buck converters, six linear regulators, RTC supply, and a coin-cell charger, making it suitable for powering complete systems including applications processors, memory, and peripherals.
· The PF0100 supports on-chip one-time programmable (OTP) memory, available in pre-programmed standard versions or non-programmed for custom configurations.
· It is specifically designed to power embedded MCU platforms such as i.MX 6 based eReaders, IPTV, medical monitoring, and home/factory automation.
FEATURES
· Four to six buck converters with single/dual phase/parallel options and DDR termination tracking mode.
· Boost regulator with 5.0 V output and six general-purpose linear regulators.
· Programmable output voltage, sequence, and timing with OTP memory for device configuration.
· Coin cell charger, RTC supply, and DDR termination reference voltage.
