DESCRIPTION
· The PF0100 is a 14-channel configurable power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed for a wide range of applications.
· It features up to six buck converters, six linear regulators, an RTC supply, and a coin-cell charger, making it suitable for powering complete systems including applications processors, memory, and system peripherals.
· The PF0100 supports pre-programmed standard versions or custom programming via on-chip one-time programmable (OTP) memory.
· It is tailored for embedded MCU platform solutions such as i.MX 6 based eReaders, IPTV, medical monitoring, and home/factory automation.
FEATURES
· Four to six buck converters with single/dual phase/parallel options and DDR termination tracking mode.
· Boost regulator providing 5.0 V output and six general-purpose linear regulators with programmable output voltage, sequence, and timing.
· On-chip OTP memory for device configuration and a coin cell charger with RTC supply.
· DDR termination reference voltage and power control logic with processor interface and event detection.
· I2C control and individually programmable ON, OFF, and standby modes.
