DESCRIPTION

· DDR3L SDRAM is a low voltage version of DDR3 SDRAM, operating at 1.35V.

· It is backward compatible with DDR3 (1.5V) SDRAM in 1.5V compatible mode.

· Available configurations include 1 Gig x 4, 512 Meg x 8, and 256 Meg x 16.

FEATURES

· Operates at VDD = VDDQ = 1.35V (1.283–1.45V).

· Supports 8n-bit prefetch architecture and 8 internal banks.

· Includes differential bidirectional data strobe and clock inputs (CK, CK#).

· Features programmable CAS latency (CL), additive latency (AL), and write latency (CWL).

· Offers fixed burst length (BL) of 8 and burst chop (BC) of 4.

· Includes self refresh mode and automatic self refresh (ASR).

· Supports write leveling and output driver calibration.
