DESCRIPTION

· The NB4N507A is a precision clock synthesizer generating low jitter differential PECL output clocks up to 200 MHz using PLL techniques.
· It accepts a fundamental mode crystal and can produce a 50% duty cycle square-wave clock output.
· The device can be programmed to generate multiples of the input reference frequency, such as a 155.52 MHz output from a 19.44 MHz crystal using an x8 multiplier.
· PECL outputs are 15 mA open collector and require DC loading and AC termination.
