DESCRIPTION

· The NCP51510 is a source/sink DDR termination regulator designed for low input voltage and low-noise systems with space constraints.

· It maintains a fast transient response and requires a minimum VTT load capacitance of 10µF for output stability.

· Supports remote sensing and all power requirements for DDR VTT bus termination.

· Suitable for low-power chipsets and graphics processor cores requiring dynamically adjustable output voltages.

· Available in a thermally efficient DFN10 Exposed Pad package, rated Green and Pb-Free.
