DESCRIPTION
· Monolithic integrated circuit with Hall element, linear amplifier, threshold amplifier, and Schmitt trigger.
· On-chip band-gap voltage regulator for wide supply voltage range.
· Logic level output with up to 21 mA sink current, driving over 7 TTL loads.
· Constant output amplitude from DC to over 200 kHz.
· Uni-Polar and Bi-Polar magnetic field operation.
· Military screening program patterned after MIL-STD-883.
· Radiation Hardness testing up to 350 Krad (si) and 150 Krad (si) for ELDRS.

· Designed for non-contact switching operations.

· Excellent temperature stability for harsh environments.

· B and S versions processed and screened to MIL-STD-883.

· OMH3040B/S, and 3131B have a Sn 63/37 solder dip and are not RoHS compliant.
