DESCRIPTION
· The PCE85133AUG is a universal LCD driver designed for low multiplex rates, supporting up to four backplanes and 80 segments. It interfaces with most microcontrollers via a 400 kHz I2C-bus, minimizing communication overhead with auto-incremental addressing and display memory switching.
FEATURES
· Single-chip LCD controller and driver with selectable backplane drive and display bias configurations. · Supports frame frequency of 150 Hz and internal LCD bias generation. · Capable of driving up to 40 7-segment or 20 14-segment alphanumeric characters, or any graphics up to 320 segments. · Features 80×4 RAM for display data storage and operates with a wide power supply range from 1.8 V to 5.5 V. · Low power consumption and compatible with Chip-On-Glass (COG) technology, requiring no external components.
