DESCRIPTION
· The R1801K Series is a buck DC/DC converter designed for energy harvesting applications, specifically for photovoltaic and vibration energy harvesters.
· It features an adjustable maximum power point control and output voltage, along with a Power Good (PG) function for system integration.
· The converter operates with a low quiescent current, making it suitable for low-illumination environments and low-power equipment.
FEATURES
· Low power supply with an operating quiescent current of 200 nA and high efficiency of approximately 80% at 10 µA.
· Power Good (PG) signal output based on the monitored output voltage.
· Adjustable output voltage and maximum power point control voltage in 100 mV steps via setting pins.
· Input voltage range: 2.3 V to 5.5 V; Output voltage range: 2.3 V to 4.5 V.
· Maximum power point control voltage range: 2.7 V to 5.3 V; Output voltage accuracy: ±3.0%.
· Reverse current protection for input voltages ≥ 2.0 V.
