DESCRIPTION

· The R7731A is a high-performance, low-cost PWM controller with a low start-up current and burst triple mode for green mode power saving.

· It integrates soft start, UVLO, LEB, OTP, and internal slope compensation for efficient AC/DC power applications.

· The output driver is clamped at 12V to protect the external MOSFET from over-voltage damage.

· It includes OLP and OVP for reliable operation without external protection circuits.

· Available in SOT-23-6 and DIP-8 packages.
