DESCRIPTION

· The RT7021A/B is a high-voltage gate driver IC with dual outputs, designed to drive dual n-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs with an input voltage rail up to 600V. It includes a common-mode dV/dt noise canceling technique for stable operation under high dV/dt noise conditions. The IC features two Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) functions to monitor bias voltages on VCC and BOOT-to-LX, ensuring malfunction prevention when voltages drop below specified thresholds. The PWM signal input pins are compatible with standard TTL logic levels for easy interfacing with controlling devices.
