DESCRIPTION

· The RT7027 is a high-voltage gate driver IC designed for dual N-MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration, supporting input voltages up to 600V.

· It features a common-mode dV/dt noise canceling technique for stable operation under high dV/dt noise conditions.

· Includes Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) functions to monitor bias voltages and prevent malfunctions.
