DESCRIPTION

· The RT7028A/B is a high-voltage gate driver IC with dual outputs, designed for driving dual n-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs with an input voltage rail up to 600V.

· It features a common-mode dV/dt noise canceling technique for high dV/dt immunity, ensuring stable operation under high dV/dt noise conditions.

· Includes two Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) functions to monitor bias voltages on VCC and BOOT-to-LX, preventing malfunctions when voltages drop below specified thresholds.

· PWM signal input pins are compatible with standard TTL logic levels for easy interfacing with controlling devices.

· Floating channels designed for bootstrap operation with input voltage up to 600V.

· Sourcing/sinking current of 300mA/600mA.

· High dV/dt immunity: ±50V/ns.
