DESCRIPTION

· The RT9624A is a high-frequency, synchronous rectified, single-phase MOSFET driver designed for normal MOSFET driving applications and high-performance CPU VR driving capabilities.

· It operates with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 13.2V and supports a power stage VIN range from 5V to 24V.

· The device includes an internal power switch to replace the external bootstrap diode and supports switching frequencies up to 500kHz efficiently.

· It features both UGATE and LGATE driving circuits for synchronous rectified DC/DC converter applications and incorporates a shoot-through protection mechanism.

· The RT9624A offers tri-state PWM input with shutdown and EN input shutdown functions, ensuring low UGATE and LGATE signals during shutdown.

· It is available in small footprint 8-pin packages including SOP-8, SOP-8 (Exposed Pad), and WDFN-8L 3x3.
