DESCRIPTION

· The S-19720 Series is a high-withstand voltage CMOS voltage tracker with reverse current protection, designed for automotive applications up to 125°C.

· It operates with an input voltage up to 36 V and features low current consumption of 30 μA, enhancing standby current reduction.

· The IC includes internal phase compensation, allowing the use of low ESR ceramic capacitors, and features overcurrent and thermal shutdown protection.

· It also incorporates a reverse current protection function, minimizing reverse current to -5 μA, eliminating the need for an external protection diode.
