DESCRIPTION
· The S-19721 Series is a high-withstand voltage CMOS IC designed for automotive applications, operating up to 125°C.
· It features a voltage tracker with reverse current protection and anomaly notification, ensuring stable operation with low ESR ceramic capacitors.
· The IC includes overcurrent and thermal shutdown protection circuits, and supports a thermal simulation service for enhanced thermal design.
FEATURES
· Input voltage range: 4.0 V to 36.0 V.
· Adjustable output voltage down to 2.0 V min.
· Low current consumption: 40 μA typ. during operation, 3.7 μA typ. during power-off.
· Built-in overcurrent and thermal shutdown protection circuits.
· Reverse current protection with I_REV = -5 μA min.
· Anomaly notification function via INT_____ pin for overvoltage, ground fault, and overheat conditions.
· Operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
· AEC-Q100 qualified and withstands 45 V load dump.
