DESCRIPTION

· The ABLIC S-US55D2 is an octal, 12-bit, 200MSPS Digital-to-Analog Converter with differential outputs and 2-bit per channel CMOS output pattern generators.

· Designed for ultrasound linear amplifiers with 3-level pulser (3LP).

· Features a 12-bit x 4096 DAC pattern memory and a 128Byte 3LP pattern memory per channel.

· Suitable as the input signal pattern generator for the S-UM55L2 ultrasound transmitter.

FEATURES

· On-chip 12-bit x 4096 pattern memory for each DAC.

· Programmable delay time from 0.16μs to 40.96μs with 5ns resolution.

· 200MSPS sampling rate.

· Selectable current output mode (1.28mA ~ 10.24mA) and voltage output mode (0.074V ~ 0.592V).

· On-chip 128Byte pattern memory for each 3LP pattern generator.

· Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) for memory and register access.

· 1.8V to 3.3V CMOS control logic interface.

· Latch-up free and low crosstalk by SOI CMOS technology.

· 68-lead 10x10mm QFN package (RoHS compliant).
