DESCRIPTION

· The AD5697R is a low-power, dual, 12-bit buffered voltage output DAC from the nanoDAC+™ family.

· It includes a 2.5 V, 2 ppm/°C internal reference and a gain select pin for full-scale output of 2.5 V or 5 V.

· Operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, ensuring monotonic performance with less than 0.1% FSR gain error and 1.5 mV offset error.

· Available in 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP and TSSOP packages.

· Features a power-on reset circuit and RSTSEL pin for zero scale or midscale power-up.

· Includes a per-channel power-down feature reducing current consumption to 4 µA at 3 V in power-down mode.

· Utilizes a 2-wire serial interface operating up to 400 kHz with a VLOGIC pin for 1.8 V/3 V/5 V logic compatibility.
