DESCRIPTION

· The Si8941/46/47 are galvanically isolated delta-sigma modulators designed for precise voltage measurement across current shunt resistors.

· They feature low-voltage differential inputs and utilize Skyworks' proprietary isolation technology, supporting up to 5.0 kVRMS withstand voltage.

· These modulators are ideal for applications requiring sensor isolation from control systems, ensuring accurate current measurement with low noise and error.
