DESCRIPTION

· The ICS9FG108E is a Frequency Generator providing 8 differential HCSL output pairs for driving PCIe Gen1/2, SATA, and USB3.0 devices.

· It supports a 14.31818 MHz or 25 MHz crystal or a reference input clock.

· Features cycle-to-cycle jitter of less than 50 ps and output-to-output skew of less than 65 ps.

FEATURES

· 8 HCSL differential outputs and 1 3.3V REF output.

· Generates frequencies from 14.318MHz or 25MHz.

· Supports Serial-ATA at 100MHz and two spread spectrum modes for lower EMI.

· Unused outputs can be disabled for power management.

· Available in I-temp version for embedded applications.
