DESCRIPTION

· The ICL7660S and ICL7660A are monolithic CMOS voltage conversion ICs with enhanced performance.

· They operate from 1.5V to 12V, converting positive to negative voltages.

· Require only two external capacitors for charge pump and reservoir functions.

· Can be configured as voltage doublers, multipliers, or dividers.

· Include a DC power supply regulator, RC oscillator, voltage level translator, and power MOS switches.
