DESCRIPTION

· The Si7201/2/3/4/5/6 family of Hall effect magnetic sensors combines a chopper-stabilized Hall element, low-noise analog amplifier, 13-bit ADC, and flexible comparator circuit.
· It utilizes digital signal processing for precise temperature and offset drift compensation.
· Available in 3-pin SOT23, 5-pin SOT23, and TO-92 packages.
· Features include a single output pin, with 5-pin versions adding a disable(sleep) pin and tamper output pin.

FEATURES

· High-sensitivity Hall effect sensor with a maximum B OP operating point of <1.1 mT.
· Omnipolar or unipolar operation.
· Integrated DSP for temperature and offset drift compensation.
· Low 400 nA typical current consumption at 5 samples per second.
· Selectable sensitivity, hysteresis, output polarity, and sample rate.
· Sensitivity drift < ±3% over temperature.
