DESCRIPTION

· The TCB010FNG is a CMOS linear integrated circuit designed for car audio applications.

· It integrates five power supply outputs and two high-side switches.

· The IC includes a microcontroller backup power supply, a CAN microcontroller backup power supply, one fixed output voltage power supply, two variable output voltage power supplies, and two high-side switches.

· It features various functions and detections such as +B detection, ACC detection, thermal shutdown, over-voltage protection, reset signal output, and mute signal output.

FEATURES

· Five power supply outputs: VDD (3.3V fixed, 300mA max), CAN (5V fixed, 200mA max), ILM (4.5V-8.5V variable, 400mA max), AUDIO (3.3V fixed, 1.3A max), DECK (5V-8.5V variable, 2A max).

· Two high-side switches: ANT (500mA max, 1.0V drop), AMP (200mA max, 0.6V drop).

· Built-in detections: ACCDET (8.55V rising, 8.25V falling), BuDET (8.55V rising, 8.25V falling), RESET (2.95V detection), MUTE (outputs mute pulses during BuDET transitions).

· Quiescent current: 120μA (typical).

· Protection circuits: Thermal shutdown, over-voltage protection (except VDD and CAN), and output short protection (current limitation type).
