DESCRIPTION

· TCK401G and TCK402G are 28V high input voltage External FET driver ICs.
· They feature a wide input voltage range and a slew rate control driver in a small WCSP6E package.
· These ICs can block reverse current when the switch is turned off by using an external series FET.
· Suitable for power management selectors like Battery Charge applications.

· High maximum input voltage: VIN max = 40V.
· Wide input voltage range: VIN = 2.7 to 28V.
· Auto output discharge.
· Charge pump circuit.
· Inrush current reducing circuit.
· Over voltage lock out (Over 28V).
