DESCRIPTION
· The TEA1761T is a Synchronous Rectifier (SR) controller IC for switched mode power supplies.
· It is designed for secondary side synchronous rectification in discontinuous conduction mode and quasi-resonant flyback converters.
· The IC integrates synchronous rectification, output voltage, and output current regulation.
· Fabricated using NXP's Silicon On Insulator (SOI) process, enabling a wide operational range.
