DESCRIPTION
· The TEA1892TS is a Synchronous Rectifier (SR) controller IC for switched mode power supplies.
· It is designed for secondary side synchronous rectification in discontinuous conduction mode and quasi-resonant flyback converters.
· Fabricated using Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) process, it offers high integration with minimal external components.

· Wide supply voltage range (8.5 V to 38 V).
· High driver output voltage of 10 V for optimal MOSFET RDSon.
· Selectable regulation level for driver stage.
