DESCRIPTION
· The TEA1999TK is a Synchronous Rectifier (SR) controller IC for flyback converters.
· It features adaptive gate drive for maximum efficiency at any load.
· It is designed for secondary side synchronous rectification.
· It includes sensing and driver stages for SR MOSFET.
· It can generate its own supply voltage for low output voltage applications.
· Fabricated in Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) process.
FEATURES

· Typical supply current in no-load operation below 250 μA.
· Operates in output voltage range between 26 V and 0 V.
· Drain sense pin handles input voltages up to 120 V.
