DESCRIPTION
· The TFF11092HN is a Ku band frequency generator designed for low phase noise Local Oscillator (LO) circuits in Ku band VSAT transmitters and transceivers. It complies with the phase noise standards of IESS-308 from Intelsat.
FEATURES
· Phase noise compliance with IESS-308 (Intelsat) when used with an appropriate source.
· LO generator with a VCO range from 9.03 GHz to 9.22 GHz.
· Input signal range from 35 MHz to 576 MHz.
· Divider settings of 16, 32, 64, 128, or 256.
· Output level of -3 dBm with a stability of ±2 dB.
· Supports third or fourth order PLL.
· Internally stabilized voltage references for loop filter.
