DESCRIPTION

· The TMP100-Q1 and TMP101-Q1 are digital temperature sensors designed to replace NTC and PTC thermistors, offering high linearity and accuracy without the need for calibration or external signal conditioning. They feature a 12-bit ADC with resolutions down to 0.0625°C and are compatible with SMBus, Two-Wire, and I2C interfaces. Available in a 6-Pin SOT-23 package, these devices are suitable for a wide range of applications including automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics, operating within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
