DESCRIPTION

· The TPL51200 series are 3-A sink and source DDR termination regulators designed for DDR applications with space constraints.
· They feature fast load-transient response and require a minimum output capacitance of 20 μF.
· These devices support remote-sensing and meet all power requirements for DDR VTT bus termination.
· They include an open-drain PG signal for VTT regulation indication and an EN signal for VTT discharge in DDR applications.
· Available in a thermally efficient 10-pin 3×3 DFN package, operating from –40°C to +125°C.
