· The device supports up to 25-V supply voltage and −5-V DC input voltage, bolstering system robustness in noisy industrial environments.
· It offers ultra-low propagation delay and precise channel matching, catering to applications with stringent timing requirements.
· The family includes gate drivers with various polarities, allowing selection based on specific application needs.
· Available in multiple packages: SOP-8, EMSOP-8, DFN3X3-8, and the ultra-compact DFN2X2-8, suitable for synchronous rectifiers in power bricks.
