DESCRIPTION

·The TPV803/809/810 series monitors power supply voltage levels and provides a power-on reset signal.

·It ensures reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions with a fixed 200 ms timeout.

·TPV803 and TPV809 offer active low reset signals, while TPV810 provides an active high reset signal.

·TPV809 and TPV810 feature push-pull outputs; TPV803 has an open-drain output requiring an external pull-up resistor.

·Available in SOT23-3 and SOT23G-3 packages, consuming only 2.2 μA, ideal for low-power portable applications.
