DESCRIPTION

· The TPV803/809/810 is a supervisory circuit series designed to monitor power supply voltage levels and generate a power-on reset signal.

· It ensures a reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions, with a fixed reset timeout period of 200 ms (typical).

· The TPV803 and TPV809 provide an active-low reset signal (RESET), while the TPV810 offers an active-high reset signal (RESET).

· The TPV809 and TPV810 feature push-pull outputs, whereas the TPV803 has an open-drain output requiring an external pull-up resistor.

· Available in SOT23-3 and SOT23G-3 packages, it consumes only 2.2 μA, making it ideal for low-power, portable applications.
