DESCRIPTION

· The TSH120 is a video buffer featuring a voltage feedback amplifier with 6dB internal gain, rail-to-rail output, internal input biasing, and SAG correction.
· It includes a power down function for sleep mode with ultra-low consumption.
· An internal reconstruction filter attenuates the parasitic 27MHz frequency from the video DAC clock.
· Available in a compact SC70 plastic package for space efficiency.

FEATURES

· Very low consumption and standby mode capability.
· Internal reconstruction filter and 6dB internal gain.
· Rail-to-rail output and operation supply from +2.2V to +5.5V.
· SAG correction and excellent video performance: Differential gain 0.5%, Differential phase 0.5°, Group delay=10ns.
· Specified for 150 Ω load and includes input DC level shifter.
· Tested with +2.5V and +3.3V single supply; min. and max. limits tested in full production.
